Puratap Adelaide Strikers BBL|15 Competition
  1. The promoter is PURATAP PTY LTD (ABN 74 071 553 430) (Puratap) whose registered office is at -44 Pedder Crescent, Dudley Park, South Australia 5008 (Promoter).
  2. Employees of the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA), their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with SACA, or the activation are not eligible to participate in the competition and activity.
  3. The competition commences on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 at 12:01am ACDST and concludes on Sunday 18th January 2026 at 11:59pm ACDST.
  4. The Competition will take place during the Adelaide Strikers BBL |15 Cricket Season around home games at Adelaide Oval on the following dates:
    • Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 6:45pm – Adelaide Strikers vs. Melbourne Stars
    • Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 6:45pm – Adelaide Strikers vs. Brisbane Heat
    • Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 6:45pm – Adelaide Strikers vs. Sydney Thunder
    • Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 6.45pm – Adelaide Strikers vs. Perth Scorchers
    • Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 4.30pm – Adelaide Strikers vs. Melbourne Renegades
  5. The Promoter or SACA is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  6. The Prize Providers are Puratap, a trading name of the Promoter.
  7. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter is the sole operator of the activity and will be solely responsible for the operation of the competition and the prizes (including quality and safety of the Prizes).
  8. The prizes are as stated in these terms and conditions, and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Prize Providers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services. The Promoter is not liable for any costs associated with the prize after it has been delivered, including damage, repairs, or replacements.
  10. The Prize Providers are responsible for all prize fulfilment.
  11. Participants must refrain from any conduct that is obscene, profane, defamatory, objectionable, or otherwise inconsistent with the brands of the Promoter or the Prize Providers.
  12. Participants who do not comply with the instructions on how to participate will be ineligible to receive a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activities.
  13. Prize winners will be selected at random by the Promoter via a random number generator.
  14. The Prize consists of a Puratap Water Filter and mixer tap. There are five (5) prizes to be won, limited to one (1) per Adelaide Strikers home game at Adelaide Oval (excluding finals). The date, time and location of the prize will be determined by the Promoter and notified to the winning participant(s) within 48 hours of the home game concluding.
  15. The Prize value is $499.00 per unit. The total prize value (5 prizes) of the competition is $2,495.00.
  16. Participants must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age and have the authority to install the prize in a property to participate.
  17. The prize will be installed by a Puratap authorised technician for residents of the Metropolitan or Greater Metropolitan Adelaide area only, as defined by the Promoter.
  18. By installing the Prize, the winner acknowledges that the unit requires servicing by a Puratap authorised technician at least every 12 months and that there is a fee for this service to be disclosed by the Promoter when contacting the Prize winner(s).
  19. By entering the competition, you agree to volunteer your contact information (name, phone number and email address) to the Promoter, opt-in to communications from the Promoter and understand that they may use this information to contact you about their products or services.
  20. The information provided will be used and managed in accordance with the Promoters Privacy Policy, available at www.puratap.com.au/privacy-policy . You should read this policy before entering. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  21. The Promoter (or SACA) and each of their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (except to the extent that it is caused by its negligence, fraud or misconduct) in connection with this activity or accepting or using any prize.
  22. A prize winner has rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter or Prize Providers. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify those statutory rights. However, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the Prize Providers make no representations or warranties regarding the quality or suitability of any prize.
  23. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter and the Prize Providers make no representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those contained within the Australian Consumer Law, regarding the quality and suitability of any prize, and will not be responsible for breach of any such terms.
